And the journey begins... Comenzamos!

It is a long story how did I got to the point of being almost sure about running barefoot. I said "almost sure" since even when I have demostrated my self that I can run better, faster an with more fun than ever before when barefoot there is still an injury I can't get rid of it.

It could be very boring to hear the history but if you have had any of these I would gladly share some stories and learnings:
  • Femural-patella syndrome
  • Shin splints
  • Piriformis inflamation
  • Achilles tendonitis
  • Planta fasciitis
  • Snapping Hip Syndrome
  • IT band (several times)
  • Lower back pain
  • Ingrown nails
  • Shafting

From running in the treadmill, alone, with groups, with all kind of "mega supporter" shoes to chi-running, more chi-running, barefoot pose with nike free and finally a big jump to the Vibram Five Fingers, there are some good stories to tell.
